Shark Fin™ Bent Thumb Shears are designed for ease and comfort, with an ergonomically shaped thumb ring to more accurately match the shape and angle of your thumb. This allows for more contact with the handle which translates to more control and helps to reduce irritation, calluses, and blistering.

An advanced full offset grip moves your thumb forward to give you more comfort, reduce cramping in the palm, and can help reduce and may even eliminate the effects of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, nerve damage and other hand health related problems caused by a poor handle design.

All Shark Fin Shears are forged to ensure excellent balance, great control and proper blade alignment.

Silver Line: Great for the cost conscious buyer, our silver line shears are forged from 440-C steel with sharp, crisp edges. Perfect for the new groomer! They have a Rockwell hardness of 57-58.

Gold Line: Our most popular shears are forged from Japanese 440-A Hitachi steel for longer lasting edges between sharpening. These shears are lightweight, yet extremely durable. The Rockwell hardness is 59-60.

Platinum Line: When only the best will do... our platinum line shears are forged from the highest quality 440-C Japanese Hitachi steel. These shears are so sharp you won't feel them cut. Great for the expert groomer! Rockwell hardness is 61-63.
